About the artist: Lil Signs & Designs was established in 1991 by Lily. It started out when City of Azusa Recreations asked me to paint some monsters for their haunted house. Then the Little Leagues hired me to design and airbrush some banners. So I decided to get my license and start a business as a Freelance Artist. I graduated with an Associates in Fine Arts / Liberal Science and The Art Institute for Web Design. It is my passion to paint and create....and the rest is history. Now I design webpages/ websites. Not just your boring websites but sites that fit your life style and your company. I can create an flash that captures your audience, a video that keeps your audience.
